Chevy Volt's problems may not be over as GM's CEO prepares to face Congress
Tue Jan 24, 2012
You got lucky then. The Europeans regularly are on the low end of quality reviews and my anecdotal evidence has never known one to not be problematic, particularly in electrical issues.

Neal, first you complained that the GM bailout caused layoffs (true, it did), and then in the next sentence you complain that it was saving jobs. Which is it, and which option would actually make you happy? Consistent much?

Right, because when we do pay money to NHTSA and Congress doesn't like what they say, Congress holds their own costly hearing that isn't redundant and won't result in any legislation. Isn't it time they had another hearing about Major League Baseball?

Neal, no new car purchase will save you money, but you can't compare a Volt to your 12 year old Honda. By that token, I can buy a $350 '76 Caprice which your 12 year old Civic will never recoup, even if you factor higher gas prices.

To me. I don't need to belong to either of the two groups you offer as a false choice to be offended at the apparently nonchalant use of slaves in the lesson without any contextual reason for that being so. There is nothing to be learned by using "slaves" and "beatings" in this manner.
